Tarotsnehaal provides:

i. Tarot readings and intuitive guidance
ii. Courses, workshops, and digital resources for spiritual learning
All services are intended for self-awareness, spiritual growth, and energetic support. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to access services. By enrolling or booking, you confirm that:

i. You are of legal age
ii. You are voluntarily seeking spiritual guidance/healing
1. Payments & Bookings
i. All bookings must be made in advance with full payment.
ii. Payment confirms your spot and agreement to the service/course structure.

iii. We accept payments through secure methods as shared on our platforms.
1. Rescheduling & Cancellations
i. Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour prior notice for personal sessions.
ii. Cancellations will not be refunded unless specified in the Refund Policy.
iii. For live events/workshops, transfers are subject to availability.
1. Intellectual Property
All content, course material, meditations, documents, and symbols shared are the intellectual property of Astrovaanii .

i. You may not copy, distribute, record, or teach the material without written permission.
ii. Sharing paid content with others is strictly prohibited.
1. Confidentiality & Conduct
i. All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential.
ii. We expect mutual respect and a safe, non-judgmental space.
iii. Any abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in termination of services without a refund.
1. Technical Requirements (For Courses)
For online courses, participants must ensure:
i. A stable internet connection

ii. Zoom/Telegram/WhatsApp (as applicable)
iii. Respect for the time and space of the session
1. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes or claims shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City] courts.

At tarotsnehaal, we are committed to offering high-quality spiritual sessions, healing therapies, and courses. We value your trust and strive to ensure your experience is meaningful and transformational. However, due to the energetic nature of our services, we have a defined refund policy as outlined below:
1. Digital Products & Courses (Live or Pre-recorded)
i. No Refunds will be issued once access to the course material or session has been provided.
ii. In case of technical issues or non-delivery of the product, we request you to contact us within 48 hours for support or replacement access.

iii. Transfers to a different batch are not allowed
2. Personal Readings & Healing Sessions
i. No Refunds No Refunds are offered once a reading/healing session is booked and completed.
ii. If you wish to reschedule , please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. One reschedule is allowed per booking.
iii. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Cancellation of Workshop
i. Refunds for live events/workshops are not applicable unless the event is canceled from our side.
4. Exceptional Cases
i. In case of double payments or technical errors, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
